While we use advanced AI technology to analyze tests, our analysis is provided for informational purposes only. The AI may make errors in grade detection or analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results and recommend verifying important information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

GradeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
